Sales Manager 17 Mar 2017 (Western Cape)
* Achieve revenue sales and budgeted spa retail targets per six week cycle
* Hire, train, motivate, direct and evaluate sales staff
* Educate, mentor and develop Spa Coordinators and Managers to proactively manage the Siam Botanicals brand in the Channel
* Take an active role in the daily activities of the all locations to guarantee a positive result for operational fulfillment of orders to channels
* Maintain knowledge, services, programs and products
* Help spa teams create a relaxing environment to ensure optimal client experience while providing a superior level of customer service
* Recruit and build manage sales teams
* Solid training experience required
Qualifications
The successful candidate must have the following experience, skills and expertise:
* 3+ year of spa or retail managerial experience
* Passionate and knowledgeable regarding the spa industry
* Ability to successfully achieve sales and build professional long term relationships across multiple locations
* Proven ability to hire, direct and train staff
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven history of excellence in a sales driven environment
* Understanding and ability to manage budgets and achieve profit margins
* Excellent time management, organizational and follow up skills
* Must be enthusiastic, personable and ambitious
As this is a new role you will be required to operate independently without supervision and be home based until the operation establish its offices in SA.
Must be able to travel to Phuket and in country.
