Thembi Henenga is Avon Justine’s DSA Personality of the Year. The single mother of four from Oggies, Mpumalanga was recognised at the prestigious annual Direct Selling Association (DSA) industry luncheon held in Fourways last week. The event is held annually to recognise the top independent sales representatives in the country and also provide a report of the industry’s performance over the previous financial year.

This year the DSA reported the industry had grown by 7.2% over the last three years with over 1.1 million independent sales representatives sharing earnings of over R4.4 billion. Significantly, 75% of the industry is made up of women like Thembi.
