NCP Alcohols is a leading producer of high quality fermentation alcohol for the South African and International beverage, cosmetic and pharmaceutical market. We manufacture and market high quality ethanol, produced from sugar-cane molasses, for the domestic and international beverage, pharmaceutical and personal care industries as well as being the region's largest supplier of spirit vinegar. Fusel Oil, a by-product of yeast fermentation, is a volatile, oily mixture of mainly iso-amyl alcohol used in the perfumery and flavour industries is also produced by NCP Alcohols. Rectified Extra Neutral Ethanol is used in deodorants and perfumes. Anhydrous Ethanol is used for various aerosols (Personal care products, perfumes, air fresheners) and plasticisers.
	For the 41st consecutive year, NCP Alcohols has been awarded a Gold Medal for Extra Neutral Potable Ethanol by the International Institute for Quality Selections: Monde Selection. Our Light Spirit was also awarded a Gold Medal for the third consecutive year. The Monde Selection Medal has been a symbol of international quality since its inception in 1961. NCP Alcohols is privileged and proud to have been awarded 75 Gold Medals for product quality over these years.
